Are you sure you have Windows 7 paint? Are you positive step 6 was followed correctly? That step is the most important/

I tried this and it worked but it turned my outline color to my to my coat color and I dunno what I did wrong.. Β

That means that the color you picked to replace the outline color was actually the coat color. Basically the first color in your palette was not the one you actually wanted.

Are XP and Vista the same?

I have not used Vista, nor have access to it. The steps would still be the same though, it would just be that your tools might look slightly different.

It works for me and it works for many other people. Make sure you follow all the steps and that you have Windows 7 Paint. I also have a tutorial for Windows XP Paint. If you are using Windows 8 Paint I cannot help you.

No problem. It is a rather sensitive process.

No, I have windows 7. I make everything step by step. Is it possible that it just doesn't happen to some computers?
P.S I'm not saying that I don't like you or anything. I'm a big fan of your bases.Β

It should work fine for that. You can always try the eraser method.

hmm can you show me??

SelenaEde In reply to CelestiaTheFilly [2013-11-15 12:55:56 +0000 UTC]
Follow steps 1 through 4, and then select the eraser. Use the eraser tool while right clicking and make sure you erase over the entire outline of the pony. This should change the outline color, but it takes a bit more time than the method I use here.

The eraser tool is right beside the eye dropper tool I point out in the first part. It is to the left of the eye dropper.

Everytime I try the inside of the eye color changes and not the outline. I'm doing all the steps but it just won't work
π: 0 β©: 1
SelenaEde In reply to JinxingIuck [2013-11-14 00:42:43 +0000 UTC]
That means that the secondary color you picked is not actually the one you wanted to. It should be the outline color or whatever color you want to change. A recommendation to ensure accuracy is to zoom in.

JinxingIuck In reply to SelenaEde [2013-11-14 01:02:12 +0000 UTC]
It still won't work is it because I have a windows 8?
π: 0 β©: 1
SelenaEde In reply to JinxingIuck [2013-11-14 03:53:12 +0000 UTC]
That might be it. I have not used Windows 8 before, but I'm sure there are some differences. Try the eraser method:
"Select the eraser tool.
In the primary color box, select the color that you don't like that you want to erase. In the secondary color box, select the color you want to replace said exiled color with.
Then hold right click and sweep with the eraser tool over the old color."Β www.albinoblacksheep.com/tutorβ¦
