I was so stupid for not looking at your tuturials earlier. I was being stubborn and doing each pixel of the outline. Thank youthankyouthankyou for saving me from myself.

So...get the (old) color in the right color slot using the eyedropper tool, and then get the (new) color in the left color slot.
Then click the arrow under the select tool, go all the way to the bottom and click Transparent Selection.
Then you lose me.

Then you click under the arrow tool again and click "select all." You then cute the image (or copy it and delete it) and the entire work area will be one color (the old/right hand color). Then select the paint bucket option and make the whole area the new/left hand color. Then you paste the image back down and the outline should be the new color.

You must have accidentally missed a step or the program didn't register you selecting something correctly. Did you make sure to select the transparent selection option?

To select the whole image follow steps 5 and 6, only for step 6 instead of selecting Transparent Selection you instead click on the Select All option.

Ok, but the problem is it:I follow the steps, and in the moment of the transparent selection, after I cut my pony. The backround of the color (right) and I copy the pony here, but this not are the color of the backround..

You can also do it by right-clicking the outline color so it is in the secondary color slot, and the color you want the outline to be in the primary color slot. then, with the eraser, press down right-click and go over the outline.

You can do it that way as well, but I find this version faster once you get the hang of it.
