As such, he was completely caught off guard when Artifex clocked him with outstretched uppercut that sent him flying, despite his defensive frequencies that were supposed to disorient her and cause her to miss. Artifex was aware of these defenses and knew not to get too close, less she be affected by the frequencies. It was then that Artifex started to feel a surge of confidence in herself. Here she was, battling her first en-human villain, and so far, she coming out on top. 'I can do this...I can ACTUALLY do this!!' was going through her head as she continued to push for the win, looking to end the fight as quickly as possible. However, she'll soon learn that Acoustic is not an easy opponent to take down.
