Normally my team-up poses would have some background and a little dialogue, but this is a simple quick draw, as I have other projects that take priority.
Anyway, Omega and Voo'Han's relationship on the team is mainly positive, though a bit complex. Voo'Han respects Omega as a leader and a warrior, seeing a sort of kindred spirit within Omega, as well as Devil Cat. This is high praise coming from a varanian, as respect is not something they give out lightly, especially to aliens, it takes real strength to earn their respect. Occasionally, the two share war stories when off-duty, and for the most part they get along, however they do have one disagreement. While Voo'Han respects Omega as a Sentinel, he doesn't have as much respect for Omega's days a Marine. This is due to Voo'Han's distaste for soldiers, as he does not see them as true warriors. To a varanian, who are a warrior culture, war is a way of life, they fight for honor, prestige, and dominance, it's what made them a strong race. War should not be treated as some job, where its fighters need to be paid to fight for a leader or a cause, fighters whom most of the time lack the warrior's spirit, which is why Varanians have little respect for soldiers. Being a former marine, Omega would at times take offense to that and try to argue against it, but Voo'Han often proves to be too stubborn to be change his mind. Still, this philosophical disagreement doesn't impede them from working together as a team, and when paired together, they are a dangerous duo.
