Description
Before she became Atomic Girl, Becky Jones was your typical, high school teenager. Her school days were relatively mundane, starting with her waking up in the morning in time to get dressed, grab some breakfast and catch the public transit bus she uses to get to school. At school she has few, but good friends, and tends to keep a low profile, having no interest in school gossip or drama. She excels in math and science class due to her Eidetic memory, but comes up a little short when it comes to Art, English, and especially P.E., which she dreads the most. She was also a member of the after school Gamer's club, though she has since dropped out of the club due to her new responsibilities as a crime fighter. While this would be her daily lifestyle for some time, that all changed when she became Atomic Girl and joined the Sentinel Corps. Since then, her school life became much more challenging, as does any teen superhero leading a double life.
Whenever her duties as a hero require her to pull an all-nighter, her lack of sleep often has her missing her bus and being late to school, earning a stern lecture from the school principal whenever she catches her in the school hall. If that wasn't enough, she gets another embarrassing lecture from her teacher whenever he catches her sleeping in class. Her hero life also affected her social life as well, not just with the Gamer's club, but also she had little time to spend with her friends, save for Mandi, of course, as such whenever they ask what she's doing after school, her cover story is that she's interning at Cosmic Creations. It was quite an adjustment, but Becky has since accepted this lifestyle, and though it can be tough at times, she wouldn't trade this life for anything.
