Before the arrival of the United Galactic Government, life on the planet Drukarius was wild, brutal, and savage, something that the Varanians thrived in. On they're planet, they had evolved into the dominant species and rose to become sentient. They learned to craft tools, establish tribal communities, and hone their skills as warriors and hunters. Many tribes inhabited Drukarius, all fighting one another for supremacy and resources, this was their way of life for thousands of years. However, once the Galactic Government arrived and "civilized" the Varanians through military occupation, many of their traditions and culture had been wiped away, now only remnants of their former life are scattered across Drukarius in the forms of reservations, though it is uncertain how long that will even last.
