This machinery and its handlers didn't run out of humans certainly. Those aware of what was really going on, could get organized and launched a massive attack. Casualties were high, but nothing can stop people united by ideals and a cause.
Installations are now a rusted abandoned site, standing as a memorial of what should never happen again.
