MB3D 1.8.9 - Bryce 7.1 (for city map)In an ecologically devastated Earth the remaining population overcrowds the cities. Instead of trying to revert the situation positively, the worst of human nature is unleashed once again. A scheme of terror, elitism and domination is imposed on the inhabitants. The huge building at around the center, has the elites living on the upper stories and the police headquarters located on the lower ones. Streets are narrow and disorderly. Only police vehicles can circulate. In these police cities, replacing police states, depopulation is on.
