Mainly the way it looks. It looks differint then my photoshop so thats throwing me off.

I guess it was the layout. I didn't see a place to drag the duplicated image. or the eyeball thing.

Get me a screen capture of your Photoshop and I'll see if I can find it for you.

To duplicate a layer, you just drag the current one down to the "Make New Layer" icon and let it go. That should copy it.

For some reason when I do step 6 the white part is still there. I don't know what i'm doing wrong.

Weird. Make a screen Cap of your File as is and while in Photoshop. I'll see if I can figure it out for ya.
