I tried to take one of my portraits and add color ala photoshop. As you can see I didn't finish, mostly because I wasn't happy with my coloring skills.At the moment I'm trying to find tutorials on the subject.... see if I can improve in this area.

I have seen a tutorial somewhere on this website about that...in fact i think it's in my favorites somewhere...if i can find it i'll grab the link. I like the drawing you did of this and it's interesting to see a new direction with it even if you aren't happy with the result..
