This truly excellent drawing shows the very fine line between beauty and plainness. She's gorgeous, but the simplicity of her facial lines are a mere fraction from normal looks. To draw this well is a real art. Thank you.

I liked how she wasn't impressed or overwhelmed by the doctor but she thought of herself as an equal. I liked how she wouldn't let anyone step on her toes or the doctor's and I found the way her character changed over time was quite well done!
Besides, I loved Doctor Donna! xD
Donna: "Ohhh, the universe's been waiting for me!"

I'd go with Martha though, I thought they had no chemistry on screen... I can't watch the first half of season 3.

Ahahah, well I dunno, I found Martha was not expressive enough... like her sad face looks a lot like her angry face and her concerned face. I didn't really like her acting. I liked the second part of the season after "Blink" because the intrigue/plot/writing got better I find. Btw, Blink was a great episode eh?

Also, just like all of the Doctor's companions, she was often left alone but whenever they reunited, she always seemed closer to the secondary characters than the Doctor. Or maybe he's the one that seemed to keep a distance. In any case, I thought they didn't have a good chemistry.
I liked Donna better because she wouldn't let the Doctor step on her toes or brush her off. "Hey!" <- I can hear her angry voice xD
She commanded respect and wanted to be acknowledged... I think the Doctor liked that too. She wasn't afraid to confront anyone!
Personally, in order of preference I would say: 1-Rose, 2-Donna, 3-Cptn Jack (I know he doesn't really count but I would have love to see him travel with the Doctor
