I finally managed to actually create this. Its only a temporary reference and only includes common razorwings, other races I will upload later on, for while I improve my art over the next few years to create a proper one with much more detail, also I am not 100% happy with the body/head design so I will just spend some years developing them before I put a lot of time into a proper one.
Please do not make one without my permission, thanks.

The soul stones...are there set colours assigned to certain gifts? Or re they just sorta randomish?

I will be submitting a separate reference sheet for the wings and soul-stones explaining the colours etc. the colours usually are set for certain gifts, but also certain colours, like in genetics, are shared by other gifts which sort of closely links the two gifts together (so wisdom and flight both have white/silver as a colour as they are genetically linked but the razor usually will not inherit that other gift unless special reasons occur)

Oh thank you, It did take some time XD The scaled wings were an idea of mine for so long but just never could draw them without looking like feathers so I left it until I could draw them right

you mean a proper copyright? XD I would love to but it costs money haha. I think the only way I can 'copyright' this idea is the username at the bottom of the page but really its not a proper one :c The annoying thing is is that I KNOW some people will copy this too which kinda sucks...

its possible to put a copyright during sumbission of deviation, the last button is about copyrights, which i choose 'yes', and the rest tick as 'no'. For clearance click edit of this deviation 
and it doesnt cost anything

Thank you! Well actually the wings are much easier to draw than feathered ones, there aren't as many 'coverts' for example and the whole lower wing is only two rows of large scales rather than many, but the layout is completely different so it would have to be referenced from quite a lot I guess!

I have given some wing types a fur-edging I don't know if it REALLY would make much difference to the noisy issue but it looks cool anyway XD I can't wait for you to open your commissions so I can see what a real scale-drawing pro can draw them like <3

I think the personalities are yes, variable, so that would be up to you to decide! Not all of them are great fighters, my character Jall (the blue one) is really very scared of such things and would take flight at the thought of anything attacking him!

Pfff that sounds like my Siyari, fleeing at something that looks even the slighest threatening xD (eventhough she's perfectly capable of taking on a fight... but ok).
Oh and another question, would you have any info on the headworld they live in? That would be handy to make more accurate bio's in the future c:
