I see what you mean. I never tried King of Fighting. Only fighting games I love are Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat.

Same here after getting used to the classic 2d fighting in Darkstalkers: Chronicle Tower and now getting used to the REAL complex stuff in Street Fighter Alpha 3 Max.
Come to think of it, if you watch or read Street Fighter and Fatal Fury/ King of Fighter manga and anime, which female characters you like and admire the most:

Although you might find it easy when compare those fighters in the fight scene that has two guy with a similar outfit and similar personality. Mai anime appearance in Fatal Fury The Motion Picture, the movie released in the same year 1994 as SFII The Animated Movie, and her original anime appearance in Fatal Fury 2. Chun-Li anime movie appearance in SFII TAM and SF Alpha.

Really? To me, the one I find Chun-Li X Ryu pairing so appealing to me is when I read the Street Fighter II manga. That one is as good as the later SF mangas.
