Here was the character I was working with. She's likely not someone you remember despite how much I adored her because I drew her once with Eggman and you couldn't see most of her. I did have a full design for her back then. I just never posted it. I re-purposed that design and here is the full body reference sheet.

For those who don't know I don't remember, this is Rissa Halcott. She was an OC of mine for the Sonic series that existed in an AU similar to Sonic X, which basically means everything takes place on Earth, not Mobius. So she isn't aptly out of place. She was a loyal minion of Dr. Eggman, willingly joining and working alongside him in fruitless attempts to defeat Sonic. She was notorious for her contradictions of his plans, as well as making fun of him with his robots, but also for kissing up when the time called for it. If she upset him too much or got busted for picking fun at him, she would then kiss up to him. Despite the way she acts, she actually respects him thoroughly - she'll quote seeing him as a parental figure, actually - and would never truly mean to tick him off. She just sometimes goes too far, forgetting who she's working for. While she has no special powers of her own, she's a fairly intelligent girl, pretty quick on her feet, as well as clever. She tries to interject to correct flaws in his plans. Her clothing style, changed as it was from its origins, was and still is meant to be similar to Eggman, primarily because he insisted.

Super Form - Winged Chaos

Abilities Gained: Can fire blades from tail, flight, scanning powers, electric bolts and talons, eye-lasers, cloaking fields. Warning: Eggman has full control over Winged Chaos.

How to Activate: When Rissa is defeated while riding upon the Wing Drone, if she comes into contact with the Chaos Emeralds, the Wing Drone will automatically react to them and consume their power. The consumed energy will automatically merge with Rissa's human body and cause her to morph with the machine into her super form.
Physical Changes: Becomes fully a robot, gains avian features (wings, tail feathers, beak etc), loses fingers and ears, black eyes with red pupil.

Weakness: Can be distracted if Eggman is attacked. Her hardware must be damaged and her AI must suffer a meltdown. Susceptible to EMP.

It's important to note that the white on her clothes is an off-white and not a pure white, as well as noting that the colour of her pants is a very dark blue, not black. Her boots are the black part. The white on the lower part of her shirt does go around the back, but it only shows on the out edge, which is why the part of the "tail" you see is red.

Aside from several wardrobe changes that likely mean nothing to you because you never saw her original outfit, she received a slightly more realistic hairstyle. Her age has also been changed from nineteen to twenty because I can do that and who's gonna stop me?

Yes, the logo I used for the Eggman Empire does exist - except the words, as I added those myself. It was a one-off logo used exclusively in Sonic Unleashed, and despite how much I don't like that game, (mostly because of Werewolf Sonic - his levels take too damn long) I absolutely adore the logo Eggman used in that game.
