This girl exists in multiple universes. This is the Sonic X Universe, as well as most of the games.

Rissa has a strong fascination with all things avian. She studies bird in her down time and is entertained by discovering and documenting the strangest and coolest birds she can discover. She keeps a book of birds and jots down notes and pictures of them. Among her favourites are the Inca Tern, Hoatzin, Rock Kestrel, Luzon Bleeding-Heart Dove, Kakapo, Fiordland Penguin, Ribbon Tailed Astrapia, and the Atlantic Puffin.
Rissa has an unhealthy addiction to gambling. This can prove quite fatal around Eggman's many casino-themed attractions.
Rissa's afraid of the deep ocean. She doesn't mind being on the surface, but having to descend to great depths frightens her. This is because the prospect of how much is unknown about the ocean scares her, and she's afraid she might uncover something she really didn't want to know about.
Rissa's favourite food is lamb. She especially has a soft spot for gyros. If lamb isn't available, though, she's also taken to eaten venison too.
Rissa doesn't get paid for her job at in the slightest - unless you count that she is provided with food, water, shelter, etc. She generally accepts her broke status, but should she need money, she usually sells scrap metal Eggman was planning to throw away.
Rissa likes designing robots just as much as she loves building them. She spends lots of time reading over Eggman's blueprints and mentally making changes to them. She almost never says her ideas out loud, however, so they either fade into the ether or end up on one of her sketches - usually the former.
Rissa hates knee high shoes. She feels Eggman is greatly testing her patience with how tall her shoes are.
Though she's prone to picking on them playfully, Rissa really likes Orbot and Cubot. And even though it seems like she's more forceful to Orbot, she is actually biased towards him and greatly prefers him over all of Eggman's robots. She just had a weird way of showing it at times.
She definitely doesn't use sarcasm as a coping mechanism to deal with her mental problems. That would be immature and unproductive.
Rissa's crimes include Aiding and Abetting, Burglary, Theft, Kidnapping, Harassment, Robbery, Public Intoxication, Computer Crime, Disturbing the Peace, Extortion, Involuntary Manslaughter, Aggravated Assault, and Arson. Though almost all of these were because of her job, obviously.
Rissa both loves and hates Shadow at the same time, as while the two seem to be quick to get into fights with each other, they also show expert teamwork skills.
Rissa knows how to drive the Eggmobile properly, as well as use its weaponry. Ironic since she never got her driver's license and still can't drive a car.
Rissa likes to affectionately call Eggman Eggsy, a name which she tends to only use in the home as to avoid Sonic using it to mock him.
Rissa absolutely can't stand the existence of Nega, finding him to be even more irksome that Sonic. She never trusted his intentions from the start. Whenever forced to work alongside him, she is invariably rude to him despite any attempts to "find common ground" as she believes he will always betray them, whether it be directly or indirectly.
Rissa is usually sarcastic towards Eggman, but should he begin to praise her or show her affection, she will become strangely servile abruptly, waiting on him hand and foot simply to keep receiving praise from him. Even if it becomes obvious Eggman is praising her on purpose just to make her servile, she is still too enamored by his positive eye to care.
Rissa hates playing board games. This even includes things like chess.
Rissa hates standard cake. She'll happily eat cheesecake, icecream cake, and even fruitcake, but will refuse to take a single bite of a standard cake.
Rissa is terrified of E-123 Omega. Upon first meeting him, the hostile robot called her a disgusting Hellspawn and attempted to burn her alive. She may joke about him a lot, but she would never have the gall to say it to the robot's face. She's aware Omega wants her dead because she works for Eggman.
Rissa likes to go through Eggman's old blueprints and pick out designs of the past she likes in order to rebuild his past designs, modify them with new weapons or defenses, and bring them future glory. Her first project was E-11 Reborn, which she redubbed Blazing Beacon.
Rissa gets along very well with Decoe and Bocoe, but has a nasty habit of using their snarky euphemisms to cover up when she makes fun of Eggman. She playfully competes with them to get Eggman's attention.
Rissa doesn't get along with Infinite very well. While the two of them did work together for a while, she quickly realized he was more interested in his own affairs and called him out for purposely sabotaging Eggman's plans and disobedience. Though she didn't account for how ill-prepared she was to challenge him alone
She rarely talks to her own parents anymore, as neither of them approve of her working with Dr. Eggman. While her mother is more just "disappointed" in her, her father can be downright vile about it - a personality trait she was very used to dealing with in him. She avoids them as much as humanly possible and advises Eggman not to open the door at ALL if he sees either of them.
