Description
I learned that one of the most challenging parts of getting started in animation is determining when I've built enough assets to start the animation process. How much scenery do I need to draw? How many Props do I need to integrate into the characters? How many puppets do I have to rig? I honestly don't know.I do know, however, that as a one-man production, I will never have the amount of assets that a fully funded and staffed studio will have, nor will it be expected of me. As long as I can present a full character turn-a-round, morph (use in-betweens) occasionally, convincingly lip-sync with decent voice-acting, and support it all with good writing, then it should be good enough (for the internet), right?
Being a snarky, cynical bastard, I find one of the most useful tools to convey both sarcasm and condescension are the "Quotation Fingers." This hand shape is the second part of the quotation finger set; the first being this .
Feel free to use this as a reference for your projects. I don't mind if beginners trace it (but you amateurs and professionals should just use it as a reference). Just remember to credit me in your comments and link back to either this deviation or my account page.
