Description
This is named after something that W.C. Fields used to say. I thought it was a chickadee when I first saw it, thanks to more than one person pointing it out I have found out what kind of bird it really was. It is actually is a little male house sparrow. I was lucky to snap a few pictures before it went off to join its mates.Personal note:
There is always improvement to be made with any photographer, artist or writer, the way we learn is through others critiquing our work in gentle supportive ways. If there is anything I can learn from never hesitate.
I will put this up for print without the watermark if anyone is interested.

You've actually got a male house sparrow here . Chickadees are a bit smaller with different coloring. Otherwise, a fantastic photo!

Sometimes it is hard to tell with birds. I am used to different kinds of sparrows from where I grew up, so it didn't occur to me that there was another kind or anything. It should have, it just didn't.

LOL! Be careful....
Crows have been know to steal the lens caps of overly curious photographers.
