i like the color a lot, it really adds to the mood more than a plain b/w piece would. also, the way you're leaning back a little is nice; adds a lot of visual texture.
i could gush for hours on your hair, but i'm not gonna...
my only qualm is that personally, i find the blinds behind your torso to be a bit distracting. while it's good to have texture there, something that was a little less geometric or "recognizable" would have been nice. in my eyes it doesn't mesh with the organic shapes on the bottom of the background or those of your body. [if those aren't blinds i'm going to feel like an ass, dude...]

it reminds me a bit of ashley wood coupled with the imagery that surrounds glenn danzig.

Good work, indeed. It does indeed have the feeling of a DC Vertigo Comic. I do wonder about the message you are trying to give, though...is it some kind of darkness out of all human beings? Or is it just you are hungre and begging for food

That's a pretty cool manip. It kinda reminds me of some of ~1n50mn14c 's work - especially the strong shadows around your face. It kinda reminds me of a Marvel comic. I used to have the first part of the Alice Cooper - The Last Temptation comic - this could've been on the cover.
Did I make any sense there? It's the alcohol's fault. Honest.
