WEll after three days of on and off work I have finished my best piece so far, after being inspired by such Epic moments in a show I watch and entering the SSA awards I wanted to make an EPIC pic, something which will show my worth as an artist, and this is it, Sonic and Tails beating the snot out of badniks, pure and simple but what can be more epic than them too beating the snot out of badniks ^___^so yah thats all from me and enjoy the pic :3

Very nice with detailing color. The coloring is breathtaking!
But I notice one error is Sonic's left leg, because It look like it's broken or something wrong with his leg. Making Tails upside down I pretty hard job to make that pose. The background looks very scary but cool! :cool: I hope this help you.

I know how you felt but I hate to get critque such as unexplain critque as "the hair look too dry" Or "the eyes look like glass" NO! Be more explain! Like "The hair look too dry and i think it may be good idea to not use that tool, use the normal tool not fuzzy tool" And "the eyes look like glass, I think Len Flare is bad idea but it look cool anyway, I dont think you need len flare for the eyes."

I would love to get that kind of advice occasionally, but too much crit does kinda give me the hump sometimes, however with people willing to give advice makes the hump go away ^^

The detailing is really amazing as well as the painting style. The highlights in the picture make it look even more realisticly creative with the posing seems so perfessional

And yeah, like you, I do on and off work all the time, since I get carried away with other things easily. =]
Anyway, I am curious as to know what show inspired this image.
The painting and coloring details are good, and top notch.
The only thing that makes me look at it weird is Sonic's left leg. It kinda looks funny right there. I'm basically saying that because it doesn't really seem to go with the body flow or the proportions aren't exactly good with it. But its alright, I need practice on proportions and positioning as well. =]
Anyway keep working hard, and also good luck on the Sonic Awards.

hmmm a lot of people seem to notice the left leg, I may have an idea how to fix it (thank god for layers) um do you think it has something to do with his arm looks like its somewhat behind the leg? because thats what I see....

I'll try to get a look at that. Lately, I've been wanting to get Pokemon Raws, and maybe start a fansubbing group for the series. *nods*
But anyway, yeah the left leg was kinda funny looking. *nods* Thank goodness for multiple layers for sure. Just out of curiosity, how many layers did you use there? I'm still trying to get used to paint with a mouse. Still trying to win myself a tablet off eBay. *nods*
Anyway, it turns out that I may have a few people nominate me in the future. I do have one person I'd like to nominate in the future, but I will have to see if they are willing to comply first. *nods* I believe that they do deserve their chance at fame. *nods*
Anyway, if you can, you think you can help fill me in on how the Sonic Awards work? I'm still new to the whole entire thing, thats why. 
Basically, since I'm a really nice guy and all, I usually also like going for the underdogs most of the time. Mostly because the most popular people pretty much got credit, and the little people pretty much deserve a small chance at least. *nods* I guess going for the underdog seems to be something I really like I guess.

yup, well I don't think you'd be able to that, pokemon is licensed and is probably one of the most policed animes when comes to fansubbing, Diamond and pearl for example, dattebayo only got up to like 3 eps I think before they were asked to stop.
how many layers? hmmm let's see probably 28-30 I guess, lots of layers eh?

Actually, DB has more episodes subbed there. They just got done with 4-6 earlier.
I only sub the latest, so the kids of the US can see whats happening in the latest Japanese Eps. Besides, I do it for free anyway, so yeah...
The layers are insanely huge dude. I mean... er... thats alot a layers. I would probably die under that many in all honesty. Hehe
I believe that the underdogs have a greater potential than the bigger names in a few years time from now. I mean, Darkspeeds and other artists his level are good, but I won't vote for them, since I think they are already highly well known, and I think that the others deserve a better chance, and deserve to be given the chance to rise to the top with the others. *nods*
The thing with SSA is that I'm not sure how it all works. I nominate someone first, I know that now. But I don't know how the whole entire drill goes, thats why. hehehe I am planning on nominating 2 people here, who I think are underated artists, and I believe they deserve to be properly recognized.
P.S. They are just small little nods really. Hehe. Just something that I do naturally really. And after all the nodding exercise, I'm used to it really. =] I guess... its somewhat of a small trademark from me I guess.

Oh do they, hmmmm so are they still continuing it or are have they stopped? Well come to think of it I think it may work, as long as you randomley give out the subs and wait for circulation I'm sure you can stay free of the companys, thats what they're doing with gurren lagann at the moment.
that is true, as good as artists like Darkspeeds maybe, there are always those unoticed artists who come with just as good work or in some cases better work, out of curiosity who are the artists you are planning to nominate?
The SSA awards work like this, the first phase is the nominations, its where poeple place nominations, those with the most nominations get a place in phase 2 (I'm not entirely sure how they decide it but its usually those with a lot of nominations) phase two I think is the voting phase.
Its a cool trademark....I haven't made one yet....probably won't

Lets see... I am basically planning on nominating Adamis, and miss Tazia [Tazi-san]. But I think I can find other people here that also deserve a chance. Mostly because I think they are artists, who's talent has gone overlooked. *nods* I think its because most people online prefer digital art, over traditional. Or something around there.
Anyway, yeah, come up with a good trademark dude. =] Make sure that its something that will help you stand out from the rest later. =] Make it truly EPIC. *nods*
