Someone's talking to Finn and Cyclonis, but Finn's got his 'tough guy act' on, no doubt to impress Cyclonis.

If you read the epic fantasy series "The Wheel of Time" by Robert Jordan, there's actually two characters who are almost identical to Finn and Cyclonis ( Mat Cauthon and Tuon ).
She's an empress with a mean streak, attempting to conquer the mainland where the story takes place, and he's a trickster farmboy who enjoys having fun over being serious. It's prophesized that Mat will eventually the "Daughter of the Nine Moons" who is later revealed to be the empress Tuon. I think it's around book 8 or 9 they get together. Their personalities clash, though they truely do love one another.
tl;dr It is entirely believable Finn and Cyclonis would get together, but everyone's entitled to their own opinion.

Hmmmm, let's say shortly after the 'Masked Masher' wrestling matches held at Cyclonia.
Finn wanted another chance to see Cyclonis again, ever since he found out that she was 'Lark'. So Finn purposely got the wrestling tickets knowing the matches were held on Cyclonia.
