Don't mind the title, I'm being sentimental.Angsting about art tonight. Well, slightly. I shouldn't look at other people's art, I feel unworthy >_<; There's so much I have to improve on.. I forget how much of it is stylistic and how much is actual skill. I just.. rargh.
So, angst = sap, in my book. Bwarh.
If you're wondering why Chrono, erm, isn't looking so great, wait for volume 8 of the manga. Makes more sense, then. Ahem.

Gawd, the only manga I flat out bawled at the ending. I could hardly finish the final pages because I was crying so much. *Wipes eyes* Goodness, look at me, I'm bawling as I type just thinking about it! LOL. Anyway, cuuute picture. I love the manga ending AND the anime ending. Both different, yet satisfying. Your drawing really captured the moment...Now I'm off to cry again as I read the end!

I HATE the manga ending!!!!! (GRR) *ahem* He is such an Idiot!!!!!! The anime Is GREAT. The only problem is the story being totaly diferent (there are parts of the manga I like more than the anime). But the ending of the manga... SHEESH! What was Moryama-sensei thinking???

o_O I loved the ending of the manga... The ending in the original monthly publishing was sad, but the epilogue in the last volume was great, I thought. We talked about this personally at PMX the other year, and he said he wanted to leave it open-ended so the reader could decide how they wanted it to end (how long Rosette lived, if Chrono lived or died after she did, etc)
I really didn't like the anime... XD;;;;

WARNING SPOILER!!!: they did kiss in the anime at epi 14 or 16 i guess there's a clip of em! o_o like 2 times! but the pics kawaii, i didin't see them kiss when Chrono is in his deamon form (lol it will be way smexshy if it happened! O___O! XD)

I love it. Me and a friend where having a descussion that Chrono and Rossett should have kissed at least once while Chrono was in his bigger form. My friend thought it looked weird cause he looks like a 12 year old kid in this smaller form and she keeps calling Rossett a craddel snatcher. xD
But I love the show it's amazing I cry everytime I watch the ending. T.T

I believe...Chrno came back to Rosette.
I mean,all we see is Azmaria a lot of years later,only saying that Rosette is no longer alive.
So,I believe He came back for Rosette and they lived together the rest of what remained of Rosettee's life.
^_^ I mean,the mangaka left the ending pretty open in some ways,eh?

Anyway, do you know where I can find the manga online? I just finished watching the anime, and if they're like, different stories, I wanna see the manga, 'cause I just LOVE chrono!!

Because the manga has been translated and distributed by ADV manga, I'm not comfortable giving out links to find it online
Volumes 1-7 are currently available in bookstores, though, and 8 comes out soon (that's the last volume), so I suggest either buying them, or standing and reading them in the store XD;
If you're not in North America, you can always order them online, through eBay or Amazon.com. I highly recommend it!

Oh what I wouldn't give to draw a suttle picture like thiz where the colors are so faded and suttle... I can only do bold things... It gets annoying sometimez... (psssssssssssssssssst any tips you can share?)
