Since quite a few people have asked, I tought I should add that this is a self-portrait.

Wow, the really large pupils in this make me think of some sort of night creature.
I'm not really sure how much I like the yellow light in the bottom left corner, and the blue in the bottom right. Good overall lighting, though.
But I freaking love that mask. Really excellent portrait.

I had my camera on a tripod and I used my shutter release cord (the extention thing you plug into the camera - I forget the technical term). It was pretty complicated to get the right positioning, but I'm happy with the end result.

Very nice work I like the contrast that was achieved in the smoothness of the skin and the texture of the mask. As a alter ego portrait it does a good job in revealing the hidden person behind the artist. Very sensual and mysterious.
