Description
The PredatorI am no cute puss. I am a tough, aggressive and dominant feral cat. If you are a human or another cat, don’t even try to get close to me: I am bad tempered, I hiss and the food is all mine… the rest of the colony doesn’t stand a chance!

p.s. I placed this photo under the "wild" animals category because though cats are usually domesticated, this animal was born and grew up in the wild. This is in no way a domesticated animal and should not be placed into that category.

Useless info: I had a female cat which looked exactly like that one. She was a manx cat too. While she was one of our loved felines, she loved the outdoors and streets more than the inside. She was a lovely cat, but sadly became a victim of the enviorment which she loved to spend so much time in.

wonderful photo...adorable kitty. I agree that not all cats are domesticated. I know that mine has moments where I would swear she's a completely untamed beast. But most of the time she's just laid back and doesn't care. Go figure. Anyway, congrats also on the Daily Deviation. This photo totally deserves that honor!

yes, definitely a telelens, which I can never afford. what luck u got! i tried many times to take pictures of cats in their relaxed poses but I don't have a telelens! All I got is a dead cat. [link]

The telephoto lense was given to me with the camera. It's a wonderful lense and I'm glad to have it.

This cat really doesn't ahve the expression of a domesticated one.

She was sitting (or crouching - I'm not exactly sure you could call that pose sitting) on a post that is part of our neighbours' deck and she was observing me watching whether she should pounce or if I was too powerful a match for her. In this time I had the chance to take a few pictures of her before I eventually I had to move and she was scared away.

Looks just like an old farm-cat we used to own ^^. I really like cats like this, because you can tell they're all feline; there's an aura of genuine power about them. And it's sneaky, too, the sort of power that creeps up behind you.
