Happy shark week! Shout-out to all the elasmobranch fishes out there!
Most species of shark give birth to live pups, but a few groups lay unusual-looking eggs known as "mermaid purses".
This baby swell sharkledog is napping still nestled inside its mermaid purse, just waiting to hatch!
