Took this this summer, after a rain lots and lots of snails showed their slimy selfes.Were about to go in, and saw these two, mourning over their squished friend.
Just thought it would make a nice pic.

thank you... thought so myself... dont really think snails have a big capacity to think or mourn... but something drove these two to linger by their dead friend.
