16 February 1991, BBC Alba gives itself a major rebrand, retiring the separate looks of their English-language programmes and Scottish-language programmes in favour of a unifed look, keeping the COW globe and the 1980s computerised clock, but new presentation, and the then-new 1991 BBC Alba logo was used in both the globe and clock.
This would be in used from 16th of February 1991 up until the 4th of October 1997, with it last-being seen when BBC Alba closed down for the night during the early hours of the 4th of October.
