Buy REAl cellplastics, dont use ordinary campingsheets or something. Holds muuch better

Cellplastics, latex, leather, elasticbased colors, 2comp-glue, contactglue, fibreglass core and clear, elastic laquer
Offcourse you can, completely safe and no complains on durability from the client sofar

OK, because where I life there pretty precise about things like the hardness of the material and they care a lot for safety

its difficult to make them durable (like any handmade larpweapon) so that takes some practice.
