Indeed! Good eye. I have been putting the hooks in most of these designs somewhere. The hook has always been a prominent symbol in Hawaiian culture, and there are all kinds of hand carved pendants made of bone, wood and stones you can buy. When we went back to Hawaii in May, the locals said that tourists favor the hook accessories more than ever since Moana came out XD
I always preferred the ocean wave, so there's a lot of those in there too.
