Any experienced traveler, shopkeeper, tavern master or town drunk in Elo-Teythar can tell you that mercenaries are not to be trusted. Watchers in particular have a nasty tendency of stringing love-struck admirers along before filching the information they need and promptly slitting the throats of their unsuspecting victims. Of course, with a reputation like that, you'd think the poor lovers wouldn't be so unsuspecting so often... but then again, she's too pretty to be manipulative... right?

Awkward baby Raedor is awkward. It was weird but fun to draw a younger version of him without the horns or the goatee. No scale armor either, which was a relief. And no scars! Those come later.

I feel kinda bad for Laria, to be honest. When I put the hood of my jacket up, I'm trying to keep my ears warm. Not sure what she does when she's trying to ward the cold off of those long ears. Then again, Elo-Teythar is very desert-like. Which now has me wondering if her ears get super burned and the rest of her is fine. I'm gonna have to think about that for a bit now. Not sure if Aelevar's sun is even capable of causing sunburns, but it'd still be a hilarious tan-line, provided that Aelevar's sun is strong enough to do that.

I almost drew digital lineart for this one because of how quickly I hashed out the sketch itself. Then I was like "meh, no, I don't want to spend much time on this." And then I got stuck coloring Laria for almost an hour because I didn't know how to make anything go with her hair. So much for that idea.
