I thought I put in a comment when I 'favorited' this image. Must not have hit save. Oh, well... here's my input.
The cloth has a nice subtle (soft) feel to it; leather-like with tooled detail. I like the blue against red (not sure if that was done with lighting or the texture). I am not sure if the cloth texture would have worked as well if you attempted to carry it down into the 'skirt'. Definitely a "just right" to that area.
The skin textures fit this scheme very well also. Nice detail and not 'in your face' roughness that some skin textures have. I also like how some areas you have excellent definition between the body parts (like where her hand meets against her thigh. Great reflective qualities also; a believable sheen to the skin. (Hard to do in 3D graphics and photography.)
The eyes are nicely done, too. I like the colors and the highlights/reflections. The one thing I think you might want to consider would be to move her hair a bit from the edge of her left eye, maybe about the same distance as her right eye is from the edge of her hair (though maybe not quite as much). I think such would frame her eyes more and give a stronger impact; kind of give the eyes their own space in the image. A minor area but would really balance the face a bit.
The two other areas I think could be improved have to do with the light on her face and the light on the left armband metal.
I think you lose a bit of definition and detail along the left side of her nose. I think it needs a bit of work (maybe some slight post work) to bring out the details along her nose/cheek/lip so that it has the same definition of the hand/thigh definition. It's almost there... just missing a bit of detail.
The metallic look to the armband looks good on the right arm/wrist. On the left it's a bit too bright and creates a high contrast that attracts the eye a bit much. Maybe tone it down a shade or two.
Overall, nice image. You have a believable pose, accurate skin textures, subtle lighting (like the back light effect along her left thigh and shoulder). Well done! Thanks for sharing.

Very nice image, I was wondering if the skin texture is dark or is a normal skin that has been darkened with the HSV in EZSkin? Its a very good mix of being the right shade of skin, without being so dark as to obscure all detail

wow that is very much improved with EZSkin. I think I recall looking at that texture and passing on it as it didnt give the look I was hoping for, but yours is very close to what I would expect for a drow.
