With Anarchy and Chaos spreading around Earth, first local governments, factions, powers and groups, encouraged by the devastated masses they ruled over hoped for a better tomorrow and genuinely those that cooperated could rebuild better and quicker. First regional governments therefore arose once more, but everyone feared the ruse of old nation states, as well as religious theocracies and uncontested science as well, a mindset born out of fear from the Hoktar Wars and how they had begun and been fought. Instead of the former League of Nations and the United Nations, who both had failed a United Mankind was now favored by most, encouraged by rebuilding together and walking towards a better, more unified future, with a stronger control on local individuals, regional governments and groups, to prevent them from illegally altering the Human Genome and researching anything like the Hoktar, the Homo Sapiens Superior ever again. The original provisional local governments and new nations would quickly become something like local states and provinces, each with their regional customised and best fitting governments, direct democratic representation and involvement in any major decision and process along the way, to ensure the will of well educated masses, not a few power hungry megalomaniac madmen would guide an Untied Humanity and all of Mankind into the future. With this Untied Earth (Unitum Terra) was formed as a shared Earth Government, the First of it’s kind and form a global world wide Council of Representatives made up by members of the local Government, a local Council of Elders filled with the most experienced members of their field of expertise. They formed the Legislative, while the Terran Court would form the Judicature and the Terran president would make up the Executive of this new unified Earth Government, doing it’s best they could in the hopes of rebuilding Earth and creating Earth as it once had been before the Third World War and the Nuclear Holocaust to create a better world, a better tomorrow for the future generations of Mankind. Doing so would be among some of the hardest task ever worked towards, even as a shared goal of all of humanity. In these daring times engineers, scientists, mathematicians, chemists, physicists and others saw a renaissance, as their expertise and wisdom was needed much more then ever to aid in reconstruction, even more so as many wisdom was lost in the Hoktar Wars in general.

But just like mankind was once divided into the two major factions of regular Humans and Hoktar, it now was split between the Reconstrustionists or Terranists, who believed rebuilding Earth after all this devastation was the primal cornea and those that were convinced that Colonies on other Worlds and Space Exploration were the best way to ensure that new resources and new lands for supplying Mankind with the Resources needed were the better alternative and solution. Under a shared United Earth Banner and Flag, this time for real, not just as a lip-service like under the League of Nations, or United Nations, the Untied Earth as one single Nation dreamed about heading to a better future and tomorrow, leaving behind egoism, nationalism, religious and political ideologies, cultures and societies that had before divided Mankind and Humanity, pushed them into rivaling factions and turned them against one another. Now most Humans sought to overcome such differences, work together, unite, unify and combine what had before decided them, for the most part at least, as some local National, Religious, Cultural and other regional groups still opposed the idea, but also knew they had no place on this changing world anymore, so they headed out to the Stars in their own colonial ships, becoming the founders of the first nearby colonies of Mankind and the earliest wave of Human exploration and settlement colonization across the Milky Way Galaxy. Some of them would later join the United Earth, or Untied Humanity/ United Mankind Government, others would remain more isolationist, or at least prefer to remain overall independent and more autonomous for themselves. Scientist, engineer and physician Samantha Carter who had always dreamed about reaching the Stars, herself an old woman at the End of there life would archive the unthinkable, when she would fly the Schrödinger, the first human Hyperspace capable ship, named after her Cat to the Moon and not only lay the foundation for quickly reaching the future Moon Colony, but open up many nearby systems and world for all of Mankind.
