Description
This was taken at Lyme Regis, I was there this week, and It was jammed packed with tourists, not my sort of thing, so I messed around with the camera, trying to make rocks look as interesting as rocks can possibly be.Modifications: Contrast

Really love the focus on it. So strongh but beautiful. Can symbolize an awful lot but I cannot explain. I am sorry.

Great detail in the foreground. The textures of the rock, the wet sand and coil the worm has left on it look really great. The depth of field is spot on I think, that out of focus background is excellent with the hints at other people enjoying their Summer day on the beach. The colours look lovely and vibrant, against the more muted of the foreground. It kind of has this feeling of privacy and maybe secrecy and appreciation as though everyone is going about their business around you, not really taking it in, yet you have got as close as possible to the details and are now listening to the stories this rock has to tell you. If that makes any sense?

I know this realyl doesn't have anything to do w/ the photo...but I just wanted to say that I really like how you put your signiture/watermarks on your photography. It makes it look really profesional.
and this photo is very nice. I like the blurryness of the background and the sharpness of the foreground. it's quite lovley
