Origin
Secati were created by accident, when some distant humanoid species were experimenting with magic and it's influence on them. Their researches led them to point of no return and caused unpredictible results of creating new sentient being , which they imprisoned and researched. What they didn't know was, that their deed resulted in iterations of same being starting to appear all across the other worlds, these anomalies only growing in numbers as they experimented on their captive, unkowingly creating a whole race out of its confusion and pain. It was angry and painful crying for help. Some sort of unconscious call.

A call that was soon to be answered...
Now, Secati are still appearing on every worlds possible - being the side effect of magic abnormalities of first Secati suffering. When the anomaly is arising - Secati are popping out of them and dropping into existence to physical form - and start to be a sentient beings.
After that, they are unaware of the place where they are and... What is everything. Only thing they remember and know from start is the image in their heads showing S3 Cat1 blinking on some kind of console...
What are Secati and why they are named like that?Pronunciation: "Sec-ah-ti"
Secati is already plural:
One Secati, two Secati, eleven Secati and so on.
There is no "Secatis" form!

Place where the first secati was imprisoned was a big research facility/laboratory with multiple sectors. Cell where they were kept was located in the sector 3 and secati was classified as category 1 "object". Other than blank white walls, sharp lights and masked humanoids, this secati always had image of S3 (sector 3) Cat1 (category 1) in their head, as it was written on the transparent wall of their cell. Before their eyes all the time.
Secati are anomalies appearing on every world possible, being the side effect of magic abnormalities that created them. Energies flowing in universes are simply creating them and "newborn" secati are appearing everywhere. After that, they are unaware of the place where they are and... What is everything. They only know they are secati. Or... S3Cat1 more specifically.
1. Head⟐ Secati face structure is similar to humans.
⟐ Their ears vary with each secati greatly - they can be long or short and have different shapes to them.
⟐ Secati always have slits connected to their mouth corners, more about those in "4. Slits and tentacles".
⟐ Their eyes can have any color and most commonly they have regular round or slit pupils.
⟐ They have a bit better vision than humans but nothing extraordinary or cat like vision in the dark - they can see things if it's not complete darkness but nothing that screams "apex predator".
2. Legs⟐ Secati are digitigrades.
⟐ Their feets have 4 fingers (with two thumbs on each side).
⟐ Fingers on their feet are extremely prehensile and they can in fact use them as another set of hands.
3. Overall anatomy⟐ They have humanoid type of body.
⟐ Secati can have any body type - they can be slim, chubby, muscular, more feminine or masculine.
⟐ They can't have feminine breast type though as they are not reproducing nor being mammals, they are always flat chested.
⟐ Their height can vary, they can have any human height - but maximum is around 3 meters (about 9 feet).
⟐ They don't have belly buttons nor nipples!
⟐ Their skin is smooth but they can grow hair or fur.
⟐ Some secati can grow other unnatural materials on their skin, but those are higher rarities than standard secati.
⟐ Secati body is filled with more or less human-like organs and the space inbetween is filled with tentacles that they can slid out of slits on their body.
⟐ Secati don't have regular hearts in chest - instead they have organ named heartbrain that is brain and heart connected. It's situated in their cage-like skull with holes.
⟐ Because of direct heart and brain connection, secati mental health is connected with their physical health - if their mind is in bad state, they will regenerate slowly or not at all.
⟐ Secati regenerate faster from any wounds - while their skin is only a bit thicker than human skin, they regenerate rapidly and little cuts or scratches will dissapear in a matter of one day.
4. Slits and tentacles⟐ Slits are appearing all over the body of Secati, making them able to slid out their tentacles from the inside.

⟐ Secati have slits in various places on their body, but the slits that are always in same place for every Secati are slits connected with their mouth - they are connected with sides of their mouth, varying with the shapes and size. Slits on mouth are ALWAYS connected to the corners - if there is more than one slit on mouth - it still needs to be connected to the main slit coming out from corners of mouth.
⟐ Slits on face cannot be connected with eyes or nose or be placed too close to eyesockets or nose - they are always connected with lips though.
⟐ Secati tentacles are one of most important parts of their bodies for them. These are very sensitive and are built with lots of receptors on their surface. Secati will keep them inside of their body for most of the time and wont stick them out for no reason. Most secati uses tentacles to feel things around them - they are touching things with tentacles to feel their structure, material, temperature and so on. It's also kind of intimate thing and sign of trust for secati to touch other people with their tentacles or for touching other secati tentacles with their tentacles. They can also be used to show their agressive/defense state when they stick out lots of tentacles out of their body, often hurting themselves with that.
⟐ Tentacles come with various shapes and colors, some are considered more rare than others.
⟐ Secati innards always have same color as tentacles - they can also share their traits (like spikes or pearls) and mimic their patterns (like spots or stripes).
⟐ They can't have slits on their head outside of their mouth slits, also slits on tails are not possible without certain trait (myth).
⟐ It's very painful for secati hurt their tentacles as they have lots of nerve endings on them (tentacles are their sensory organs).
⟐ When tentacles are injured, they will regrow. Secati regeneration will always focus on tentacles the most and heal them fast first.
5. Hands and claws⟐ Their hands have 5 fingers (with one thumb on each).
⟐ Secati always have claws on hands and feets - they can be sharp or not.
⟐ Claws can be used as a weapon, both if they are blunt or sharp.
6. Tails⟐ Secati always have tail - basic shape of it is little nub.
⟐ There is a vast variety of tail types secati can have, they can be longer or shorter, thicker or very slim.
⟐ Some tails can be more or less prehensile and let secati grab something light with them - nothing too heavy and only if the tails are big enough in comparison (small and light objects only).
