More 'anatomy practise'. And MORE FILTERS 8D I will forever use that smoky effect one I've created for Alex, it just works ;D

Wanted to draw a back, and while I feel Gray is getting a little neglected, there is no way in hell I'm going to try and work out how his arm attaches at the back, not even after three years xD So Alex plays model again. Complete with his further collection of scars, most of which are from being whipped/lashed because he's a pain in the butt. Scars from whipping always seem to leave very prominent scars, hence why they're quite obvious, if not over the top. I presume it's the way the skin splits then bunches back together when healing, leaving quite a bit of scar tissue. Other scars include shot wounds, simple cuts some self-inflicted... and stabs... And only just about visible on one side, the matching ones on his hand when he was pinned to a table with a couple of daggers through them and rather than try and jerk his hands up to dislodge them, he pretty much cut his hands in half to get them free. He is not the most clever of people, it has to be said. All these messy scars for you, Ammeg88 ;D

Also starring are a couple of his tattoos, the Chinese in his inner arm is usually in pictures (he was brought up, mostly, in China (at least 5-15 years ish), and it reads 'don't let go/give up'), but also the one of his ship on his shoulder. Since I'd never drawn it before (and used a stock tattoo image for it to be lazy/I can't draw boats), I never realised how stupidly placed it is and how awful it looks, but pfft. He got that years ago so it sticks. I just put a shot scar over half of it because I dislike it ;D He has another couple of tattoos I think... one on his butt (it was a dare with his wife and is her name, which unfortunately is Bill so it looks like he has a man's name on his butt...) and a circle on the outside of his right lower leg because he's a member of a special members-only council. I think that's it? xD

Probably will draw more Alex at some point, since I'm in a very Alex-y mood of late... And if I keep listening to any more country music nonstop, I will draw his cowboy self rather than pirate for a change ;D
