Here's a new batch of character designs for my webcomic Codex Black!
Some will appear in the coming chapters, some will take much longer to make their debut.

Yaoxochitl ("Enemy Flower") a powerful soreceress. Not a very nice person.
Tliltototl ("Black Bird") is the tlacateccatl, Emperor Ahuizotl's second highest ranking General. Actually, he is the warrior who leads Itzcacalotl's caravan in Chapter 1, just updated his armor design for historical accuracy (gotta fix that in-comic as well soon).
Motecuhzoma ("He is angry like a prince") is the famous Aztec emperor who met the spanish invasion in 1519, also known as "Moctezuma". However, during Codex Black, young Motecuhzoma was the tlacochcalcatl, the highest ranking General under his uncle, Emperor Ahuizotl. His attire is based on the actual traditional attire worn by these generals (the tlacochcalcatl's armor is the one that Tliltototl is wrongly wearing in Codex Black's chapter 1).
Tlazolteotl ("Eater of Filth") is one of my favorite goddesses. She is a lunar goddess of sexuality, birth, weaving and she who "eats" (forgives) sins.
