Hope you're doing well or at least hanging on especially during these chaotic days... What have you all been up to?
I've never really enjoyed winter; The cold weather and lack of sun put me in a sour mood :/ but painting-wise the snow makes it easy to imagine the scenery so I quite enjoyed working on this XD I'm using this time to make some potentially new portfolio pieces.
The "story" behind this piece is Riley's childhood of walking home after grocery shopping with her dad and her great Dane. She was born in a large city, but her dad decided to move to a smaller town few hours away from the city. For security reasons maybe?
