This is the Neo-Bloc Osprey medium mech. It's weapons load consists of a gauss rifle, a heavy auto cannon, and 4 machine guns. Alternate load outs mix in missile launchers and varied ballistic calibers.Related content

This game will be similarly about modular mechs, though not quite as extreme as Hounds. That was a fun game.

looks awesome,
but the first thing that stuck out to me was the right arm. it reminds me alot of the side torso of the mechwarrior online catapult. especialy the tip.

Wedges and rectangles are not uncommon shapes for gun housings. You'll find that shape everywhere.

The only mechs that I used some deliberate reference on were the Mercs, which you'll see when I get to them. Definitely avoided making BT references, as that already comes in strong enough due to my personal style.

Thats a fair point, I think most artists emulate styles or ideas that they are most inspired with themselves, its hard not to do something and then think: Was that original or did I just copy something I saw somewhere?
