Another slow day at work, a whole bunch of filters and there you go. I was kind of going for a kss-style look, I think I would have to practice this technique a lot more to get close to his standard tho ;} Installed CS2 properly on my new pc yesterday (extras and everything) so I hope to give that a proper go soon and christen it with a 'big' piece of art. What that will be yet I'm not sure, but I'll try and use the power I now have to the best effect :}*Edit* Hehe just changed the image to another version I had which I decided I preferred. Ho hum.

Well I did this one at work where I don't have any special filters or plugins, just used a few of the distortion filters for this.

Flows nicely. The red glows enhance the edges nicely, although the diagonal scanlines don't really fit in.

Nice work Shiny. You should try it with a white bg vs the dark one... it may look better. Though, it wouldn't be 'in the dark' anymore.
