Anyway... more proof of my love of coloring > my love of drawing. Yes, I love to draw, but coloring is my favorite part xD Especially gorgeous lineart like this. Probably not how it was meant to look -at all-, but... oh well ^^ I like it.
I don't think I'll ever understand why so many people hate Misa. She's awesome.

Even though you didn't set this for critique friendly, I actually am going to be a bit rude here, and say that the lines are rougher than they were originally, probably from the program you used to colour it with, or maybe the filter you applied for the colour. But it's very cute.
Actually, I hate Misa, and I love her at the same time. I have absolutely no idea why. She's cute, and bouncy, and can do awesome things for the story if you know where to work her in, she's great for comedy, and absolutely fun to draw. Yet I hate her personality, and ditsy-ness and the fact she doesn't fit in any pairing, on like.. planet earth.

I really like the way you did the lighting, and shading. You gave her figure where what would've been flat. Personally, I envy people who can do a flat colouring, because most Anime is rather flat, including Death Note.. and I tend to go WAY overboard when it comes to shading, and lighting. I wish I could CALM DOWN, and tone it down just a wee little bit sometimes. :3

Don't worry, I don't mind critique... after all, you drew the thing, you have every right. I know, I know, I agonized over the lineart before finally going with what I had, simply because it I left it alone it freaking disappeared with the color. Like... seriously, it disappeared. As in... vanishing into the night, like Atlantis or something. It might just be the settings I have, but... it... just... AUGH! I tried to keep it as close to yours as I possibly could, though ;3;
I've always thought Misa was adorable. (I like her more than Takada, at least...) I like her ditziness to a point... and I really feel bad for her, with all the shit Light puts her through >>; She's actually one of the few non-badass anime females I like.
I'm getting better at shading and lighting... Like, not 'getting better' as in more skilled, but 'getting better' as in... actually... -doing- it. I used to not shade -anything-, but I finally managed to break that habit of epic!laziness >>; And I love your coloring! You may go overboard a bit with shading and lighting, but at least it looks good... not a mess of shadows and glare-points that blind and confuse the onlooker until they think they're Elvis.

MWUAHAHA. You.. made me laugh with the Elvis thing, XDD!! I'm sad/glad to say you're the first person who coloured it, and I doubt many others will. But who knows, your's could be the best of them.
