Description
The point when all life ends, and the very begining to when life can start once more.Been working on this piece for a while, so I hope this is a nice intro into me working on art again. I know I haven't submitted anything in a while. My life kinda feels like my artwork at the moment. Anyway I hope you like it and all the work I poured into it.

This will be the print version of Alpha and Omega.
Im sorry its taken so long for the print, but I wanted the piece to be perfected
before I send it off to Expose as well as Prints.

The first two words that came to mind when I saw this were "apocolyptic" and "Epic."

It might be said that the Omega signifies the final end, either in divine intervention or through the increase of entropy to the nth degree. The Greek letter Omega implies finality, while the letter Alpha is infinite beginnings, showing the true scope of the Holy Ghost's power as the Alpha and the Omega.

I saw this used in an Ubuntu Login page. Really is a lovely picture, rather surprised to find it originated from dA though. It is a happy surprise though.

Dude, planet Earth would NOT recover from a collision with it's moon. The planet would be wreaked for the rest of it's existence...irradiated, toxified, and reduced to a smoldering broken ball of charred landmasses, acidic oceans, and oceans of magma.

I tend not to take offense to having the image turned into "lol" images. I wish I thought of it myself actually. I don't mind since in a way, it became apart of some sort of internet culture.

Maybe the "explosion" is actually a huge burst of magma/lava. I could imagine this collision creating one massive super-volcano!
But you know, somehow I'd imagine the sheer force would also rip the planets apart, at least into a few chunks.
