Lame title is lame, and why it looks crocky is that it's a photo.... still no scanner here -.-Well, this is just a small comic showing my reactions to Dante's new design, and comparing my thoughts on the older ones. ~Ixbran suggested that I'd draw this after he showed me the new Dante, because that was my reaction XD
Not that I'd think the new game will suck, just that I don't like Dante's new design, but I've found myself quite curious to this reboot of the series, but what annoys me the most is that he SMOKES! Though I find fictional smoking really cool, Dante doesn't smoke. He never has and never would either.
Can anyone guess whom is my fav Dante? : D

nice comic. i felt the same way when i saw the DMC5 dante. but as far as the game goes, i'll reserv all judgements until i actually play it. DMC4 dante was my favorite as well!

Well, Capcom's spokesperson came out and said this "What youβre seeing isnβt Dante. At least, not the Dante we all know and love. Look at the way he moves. Heβs slow and doesnβt really seem to know what heβs doing. His movement is all over the place.β

I'm totally with you on this one! And no, he doesn't smoke. It just seems too weird. I especially hate it when he shoves the cigarette into the demon's face. I mean, LAME! But yeah, I'm kinda curious too, though I miss the sexy that is our famous (or infamous, perhaps) Dante.
