Description
This portrays the scene where Severus Snape and Narcissa Malfoy make the Unbreakable Vow -- overseen by Bellatrix Lestrange who is the bonder. From the chapter called "Spinner's End" in the book Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince.I pulled out all the stops on this one -- didn't think I could make it happen. Listed below is the stock that I used for this piece, and if you are interested, please take a quick look at it, as I really had to frankenstein this one together arms / hands / faces / etc. all from different models. But in the end, I love the product

Thank you so much!! That was my favorite part of working on it (once I finally frankenstein'd the rest of it together hehe).

it's no problem, I mean, it was a harry potter deviation after all, and all, ALL harry potter influenced things need attention.
that Spinners End chapter.. when I was reading the book killed my soul, because I was so convinced...
SPOILER TO ALL WHO HAVEN'T READ THE SERIES...
[sorry about that] of Snape's goodness, and then I was so questionable... and then I got so, so upset with Dumbledore in the 7th one like Harry did. Hah, J.K. played me well to make the books more than fantastic for me.

I should put spoiler alerts in my descriptions... I forget some people only watch the movies
Thanks again. I was pretty disappointed in Spinner's End in the movie... for all the mood they can create on film, it's almost as if they forgot to add any. Oh well, it was still amazing because of the actors.
I know what you mean about that journey. I was dying after book 6... Please check out my other HP manips if you are interested: [link]

hah, yeah. I mean, I tend to make the assumption that everyone have read books 1-5, so I'm usually less secrective when I discuss them. But for the 6th and 7th one, (especially the 7th) I'm always very wary about.
yes, I can see what you mean. That scene was jsut kind of...dull in the movie. I mean, it was all right and all. It did seem like an odd place for Snape though, so I did think that they captured that well enough.
As for the actors... well, mainly the trio. I always think Daniel and Emma do fantastic, but it seems as if Rupert is a little out of his role. He's more awkward and kooky than he is portrayed in the last couple of films. meaning, in the films he's always laidback and 'cool' or so it seems to me. Though I still think he does great, and I adore them all, simply because I grew up with them.
How old are you, if I can ask?

well that was secretive.
by a 'little' does that mean like 20... or does it mean like 40?
or you can be secretive about it! I'm okay with that too.

That is what I thought too! Because it's night when bella and narcissa apperate near the riverside. Oh well... I'm sure they will change things way more important than that hehe.
I am still ridiculously excited about the movie! I can't wait

Wonderfully done, this must have taken you ages! Great composition and I am very impressed at how the lighting looks just so faultless - that must be one of the most difficult things to achieve, I imagine?

Thank you sooo much
The lighting was hard -- because each of the models, and some of their body parts which were not part of them all had really different coloration and lighting. Photoshop makes it so much easier though -- I think this thing has bout 500 layers hehe
Thanks again for your comment and your support

You are so very welcome!
You must know that I have NO idea whatsoever about photoshop , I just thought the rendering of the light must be the most difficult task of all, because that is what I most often perceive as "wrong" in photomanipulations. And here it is perfect. 500 layers, even to a PS-ignorant like me, does indeed sound like many, many hours of work
