This was just playing around and trying something different. I have been art directing on a new show which allows me to have a more "painterly" feel. Even though this technique takes me forever I wanted to try coloring up one of my monsters in the same way to see how it looked. A little clean for my taste but still a lot of fun to do. Always good to try something out of the comfort zone.Related content

Yea, I prefer the sketchy stuff better as well. Just playing around to see what happens.
Well, I have 2 shows going on. One at Disney and another I am art directing. Can't say anything about them though. They both are looking pretty cool though.

Practice makes perfect...you'll figure out the painting style you'll want soon enough. That's the prob with dig paint, too many damn options!!
