"The Shadow over Innsmouth" is one of my favorite Lovecraft tales. Yes, these guys are a good reason to get the hell out of town.

Thats exactly how i envisioned the motel in my head - though i assumed that the folks of innsmouth would have their features a bit more subdued than this representation. Fabulous drawing non the less.

Yea, I thought about making them more subdued but I couldn't resist taking them to their almost final form.

Hands down my favorite Lovecraft story, and this piece nails it, right down to the colors, character designs, twisted landscape, etc. Pure awesomeness!

Nice. As in the audio books read by Mr. Jeffrey "Herbert West" Combs? I wish I could find those, he's got a great voice.

(sung)
it's beginning to look a lot like fish-men,
ev-ery-where i go,
they can dynamite devil's reef,
but that'll bring no relief,
Y'honac'leh is deeper than they know...

Man, I love this image. It inspired me to mock up a 3 volume series of Lovecraft books for a school project, and I HAVE to do an Innsmouth illustration.

Pretty frickin' cool! I'm still waiting for you to do an "Escape From New York" Pic. Do you do commissions? If so, I may have to commission you for that one. Oh and I LOVE your werewolves too! They really inspire me to get my Werewolf graphic novel off the ground!!
