YAY PSEUDO-CHINESE MUSIC VIDEO SCREENSHOT.Admit it, that sounds like something Zoisite would say.
And yeah, that's Zoisite...T-T Couldn't color his hair without going overboard, since I love it when I can color his hair with bright, vivid colors. So I left it white.
Mostly this is just a sketch I did while listening to Xue Zhi Qian's "Legend" - since my Chinese is absolutely horrendous, this was the rough translation I could come up with. I wrote the Chinese on it as I saw it in my head, so if anyone cares to correct me, please feel free!
On a completely different note, although this scene was playing in my head as being in Chinese (Zoisite apparently admitting to Kunzite that he'd love him regardless of how dangerous the Dark Kingdom was) - I DID NOT IMAGINE HIM WITH CHINESE DUBBED ZOISITE'S VOICE.
T-T Chinese dubbed Sailor Moon was surprisingly good in dialouge, but I WISH they had picked a better voice actor whose voice didn't crack everytime he complained . But apparently he and Kunzite were in a much more uh....equal relationship, as when Zoisite died, he didn't confess his love, but asked Kunzite to not grieve over him (from what I understood T-T). Kunzite also, rather than telling Zoisite that his beauty was more comparable to a rose in that epic scene, actually said something like "Let this rose represent my feelings for you". but that was a completely different ramble that you did not need to read whatsoever MY MISSION IS NOW ACCOMPLISHED for wasting all of 4 seconds of your time ^-^

LOL Well, in the english dubbed he was completely changed to being a woman - because in the original he also had a suggestive relationship with antoher male villain, so they just decided to screw it, he looked enough like a woman anyways, let's just give him a girl voice and call him "Zoycite". LOL
But uh, I'm not really sure why he was male in teh first place. It could've been because there was this "4 heavenly kings" thing going on with the villains, so all of them had to male, but the manga authoress said that she thought of Zoisite as being teh youngest and most effeminate, but he was also like, 16-17 at teh time, so perhaps what she meant was for now he was effeminate, but when he got older he'd be more androgynous. I find that most Japanese "pretty boys" tend to drift along that fuzzy boarder because it's always been a managaka's aspiraition to create 'beauty' that was regardless of gender.

I TOTALLY WATCHED SAILOR MOON IN CHINESE Cantonese, at least, when I was around four.
But, uhm, holy fuck. This looks really good. Especially his clothing. I would never wear something like that for it is The Ugly, but you managed to make him look amazing in it.

LOL most people can't pull off a sweater like that, (I certainly can't) but Zoisite is amazing, he can pull off anything. I'm pretty sure Ryou can do that too actually, Ryou looks like a sweater-boy. Zoisite is so pretty he draws for himself, mostly. <3
Hyuk hyuk I still can't get over the fact that Ryou is two inches taller than Zoisite. POOR ZOISITE. LOL. SHORTEST, GAYEST OF THE SHITTENNOU AND STILL SCREAMING UKE!RYOU IS TALLER LAWLS. And yet, zoisite could still probably beat Ryou around or get all adorable and squealy as he is and beg Kunzite if he can dress Ryou up instead.
I HAVE WATCHED CHINESE SAILOR MOON in canontonse, like, 2 days ago . Kunzite's voice was not deep, but it was still pretty nice, but oh geez, Zoisite sounded so tired and careless. He had such a low voice! throughout most of the episodes he sounded like had hit a brick wall before becoming a shitennou. >->;;
