This is a really good tutorial... but I can't find the blending tool.. i'm using CS2.. where do you find it?

If you mean the Blending Options, you can right-click on the fire's layer and click on blending option; if you mean the smudge tool, you can find it on the left, just below the ereaser tool.If there you have th blur tool(a water drop) or the sharpen tool(a triangle), right-click it and select the smudge tool.

Ah yeah I figured it out a little while ago.. I tried this out in my recent deviation.. my first go at Photoshop.. it's pretty terrible.. but the fire is ok. Not as good as this final product mind...
