Her arms had blue and red spots all over them and he knew there were many more on her upper arms and shoulders. That’s all he aimed for, the bloody lip was just a result of the beansprout’s stupidity and he didn’t feel sorry about it at all. The girl was swinging her arms, apparently trying to get the ache out of her shoulders, but she was smiling. A big smile spreading all over her sweaty face, her white hair sticking to her cheeks and forehead and her usually white face flushed with a lively peachy colour"

That's an extract of the Fanfiction I'm working on which inspired me to draw this picture.
Allen is, as you might have figured out by now, a girl and trains with Kanda (actually, they're boxing).

I tried to make Ellen look as Allen like as possible. I took the very first volume of the manga as reference and I guess it worked out somewhat. She still looks girly, but that's to be expected of a girl, right?

I just had to fix the pic, because I forgot to give her her innocence arm. Man, I'm stupid! X3

Maybe BG will follow (I know what I want to draw there, but I got lazy)
