Description

With a mighty stretch, Raven and Gwen are able to connect with both hands. Gwen makes some progress toward the edge, but the thickness of the mud makes her movement quite slow. Finally, she is able to touch the bottom with her toes. Raven pulls with all of her might on the bigger Gwen. Her ballet flats sliding her slowly toward the edge.

“I don’t know how much more I can pull! Can you get the rest of the way out on your own?”

“No! Don’t let me go! I can still feel it pulling on me! It’s so heavy!”

“Your hands are slippery! Oh no!”

Gwen pulls back with some force in an attempt to free one of her legs without warning Raven. The sudden force pulls the diminutive Raven off of her feet as she loses balance and contact with solid ground!
