The girls leave the greenhouse. They haven’t made much progress on their project but have bickered endlessly due to their very different lifestyle choices and a severe lack of common ground.

“Can we just not talk unless it has something to do with the project? I don’t want to argue with you anymore.”

“Fine.”

“I just wish that I could be a little smarter and driven like you are, you know?”

“And I wish I could be better socially, and not be so anxious all of the time, and have more friends like you.”

“Maybe we could try to be nicer to each other. I mean, even after today.”

“Sure. We could try that.”

“Great. Let’s…WOAH!!!”

As the girls crest over a small hill, Gwen trips over a rock and stumbles. She drops the notebook, and several pages fly out.

“OH NO!”
