This was sitting around on my laptop for a few days...thought I should upload it (I thought I was gonna add more to it but I'm busy finishing a comic for my dear friend ^_^ ).I think it's fine the way it is now anyway!
I'm aware there are easier ways of making snow. But my version of photoshop isn't as flexible as the newer ones, lmao.
Enjoy and I hope it helps some of you.

I used photoshop elements 5.0, if anyone's wondering. So I'm sure this tutorial will work for other versions.
Sorry for any spelling errors. I'm too lazy to fix them at the moment.

XD I thought I would have problems with the snow - but it's pretty easy, so don't worry to much - just go with the flow! (Hippy-time, lol). XDD
That pic I drew (linked in the artist's comments) was the first time I drew snow digitally, and it looks okay!
